Join us for an evening of fun and creativity. On October 15th, we will be wrapping up our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month with an art class led by renowned international artist, Gennaro Garcia.
Gennaro Garcia is a native of San Luis, Sonora, Mexico. His use of Italian techniques with oils, acrylics, wood, and plaster, along with the combination of a Mexican color palette from his childhood, has resulted in art that showcases both world-class skill and a true Latino immigrant perspective.
Gennaro is currently exhibited in numerous galleries, commercial spaces and residential spaces in both the United States and Mexico. He has been the Heard Museum’s Signature Artist at their El Mercado de las Artes, he has received the Masters of the Southwest Award from Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, and he was awarded the Hispanic Heritage award by Cox Communications and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Tickets are $5 per child for this member exclusive event. There will be a session at 4:00pm and one at 5:00pm. Please reserve your ticket ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
